No, you will see your private message where it says Chat at the top of the page and you just click on it.

No, please do not give anyone your email address. A private message is exactly that, private between you and whoever contacts you, and stays within your HealthUnlocked account and nobody else can access them.

If anyone sends you a private message you will receive an email from HealthUnlocked with a link to the message, also there will be a yellow dot next to the Chat icon at the top of this page (two speech bubbles) and you can click on that and you will see your PMs.
