Only at night and no sweating but heating up like an oven all over my body. I even tested my temp as it was happening twice last night/early hours of the morning. Normal. As Soon as I get up in the morning back to my normal cold self.
Can it be because of an increase in my Levo? Is it because I switched to taking them at night? I never took much notice of how my thermostat was when I took the Levo in the morning. But thinking back I was warmer than I am now during the day. It’s just weird it stops when I get up (led in bed now feeling cold) I may switch back see if it stops.

Hi Owleyes,I’m feeling exactly the same since I swapped to a 10pm Levo dosage. I was thinking it was the start of peri menopause, but being too warm at night & cooler in the day may be linked to a later medication dosage.
Me too! Just the same and I can't understand it as I don't think I've changed the timing of my meds (T3), but just the same, I am over-warm all night, throwing off the covers, then back to cold during the day. What's odd is that I haven't changed the house temperature so can't understand why last year I was comfortably warm during the day and night but now this contrast, and, all through that hot summer I couldn't sleep without socks on, I'd wake up after a few hours too cold. Do please let me know if you find an explanation Owleyes.
I’ve swapped back to am Levo taking. I’ve not been as warm at night. I shall give it a few days to see. Been warmer during the day as well. As last few weeks freezing cold. I will let you know how I get on
Hi Owleyes, you know what's funny? I have not changed anything yet after being freezing for the last few weeks I am ok again and no long baking at night! Hoping it doesn't come back. Keep well.
Well I’ve been strict keto now for the last 4 weeks and the heat has stopped. I still feel warm but not oven hot. I’ve been taking Levo in the am too. So now I’m going to go back to night time Levo see how that goes.
