Tiredness is a theme that seems to be running through most of the posts that you have made.

We have asked you to post your latest results, with their reference ranges, so that we can see where your levels lie and if there is a problem with the dose of Levo you are taking.

Full thyroid testing, as already explained, is needed - that is

TSH

FT4

FT3

also full vitamin testing as, again, explained - that is

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

If you come back with all these results, including reference ranges for everything, then we may be able to help you.

Remember that testing should be done like this:

* Blood draw no later than 9am

* Nothing to eat or drink except water on the morning of the test until after the blood draw

* Last dose of Levo should be 24 hours before the test.

All these things are very important to give accurate results.

Previous post with results healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

We need ranges added....but these results suggest you need next dose increase in levothyroxine

Has GP increased dose up to 125mcg per day

Hi I agree. When I was on 75 and then upped to 100, started sleeping and was like I had physical came to a stop. Definitely going to fast before and give 24hr gap on levo. As I think that as affected my results previously, looking like in normal range when actually not.

TSH is too high

Replacement therapy with levothyroxine should be initiated in all patients to achieve a TSH level of 0.5-2.0pmol/L.
