Please post the results, with their reference ranges (ranges vary from lab to lab), so that we can accurately interpret your results and comment. Just being "in range" doesn't mean that you are optimally medicated.
If you don't have your results, ask the receptionist at your surgery for a print out, the ranges will be on there. Don't accept verbal or hand written results, mistakes can be made, make sure you get a print out or, if you have online access to your results then get the results/ranges from there.
You told us in your last post that your TSH was 4.68 in September, there's no way that a month later your TSH is going to be low enough for you to be optimally medicated. You also need FT4 and FT3, not just TSH.
