Your words don't make it 100% clear whether "Graves' disease/hyperthyroidism is not." applies to being on the list, or being a lifelong condition. Just in case someone who is at all unfamiliar comes along:
My take is that a) it is not on the list; b) it is a lifelong condition - even if the resultant hyperthyroidism is not.
