Just wondered if anyone has been given Levo tablets in a bottle not a blister pack?

It does happen from time to time. Never got to the bottom of it but suspect it is more likely when there is a supply issue. Big bottles are used for filling dosette packs (e.g. for "elderly" patients) and they seem often to have some available even when they run out of blister packs.

Always ask for the Patient Information Leaflet for the product and the expiry date and batch number written by the pharmacy. Without, you might have difficulty reporting an issue, should you feel the need. :-)
