Was this test done as early as possible in morning before eating or drinking anything other than water

Roughly what time in morning?

Looking at previous posts you aren’t on any replacement thyroid hormones?

Your thyroid results look ok ......but cortisol is pretty low

Vitamins

High Ferritin

Presumably looking at range, you’re female?

Are you post menopause?

Yes done first thing in the morning before food, and I'm not any other medication other than Vit D

Common for ferritin to rise once periods stop

Ask GP to do full iron panel test to see if iron is high

But they don’t take much notice unless ferritin up over 800 or 1000

Thyroid results are fine, particularly if you are not on any thyroid medication. Regarding the combination of high ferritin and raised CRP, this could indicate inflammation occurring somewhere in your body. If these results are returned in a repeated test, which your GP may want to do, further investigation could be required, particularly if you are symptomatic for any related conditions.

That's what I was going to say. I have been told that high ferritin with normal iron levels probably indicates inflammation somewhere in the body.
