Thyroid biopsy

Please someone help. Last weds I had a thyroid biopsy my third in 11 months, uncomfortable as per usual but the day after it I had referred pain right shoulder right arm and neck, it settled down after a day and disappeared thankfully but since I’m now croaking like bonnie Tyler no sore throat no temp but not myself, I rang hosp they said no one here to speak to, they told me contact my dr, which I did, but receptionist said no dr or anyone available no slots either left for video call so now I’m left, I have to try again tomorrow, as I’m on steriods I’m high risk for covid, I’m bit concerned anyone had this happen

I am sorry that you do not appear to have received a timely response to your post/question - or perhaps you got an answer on another post or in a Private Message? Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?
