Opinion on Private Endo please

Can anyone advice on experience of Dr Simon Howell based at Preston please. I am looking to go private as I have seen only a diabetes specialistin the Preston area team so far. I need someone who understands hashimotos and would appreciate feedback on this consultant via PM please.
