Could someone please explain the differences in the Adrenavive products

I recently bought some adrenavive ii and have taken 1 a day for about 2 weeks. Not noticing much difference although I appreciate it’s not been long. Is there much difference between i, ii & iii?

Have you looked on their website, it's quite clear what the difference is.

Adrenavive l is whole adrenal gland 200mg -this contains the whole gland including the cortex (and the medulla)

Adrenavive ll is cortex only 150mg

Adrenavive lll is cortex only 300mg (so twice the strength of Adrenavive ll)

Some people do better on the cortex only, some do better on the whole gland.

Going by my own experience I have been working on my low cortisol since January 2018. My results were quite similar to yours that you posted previously

Morning: Yours = 8.7 and mine was 12

Noon: Yours = 3.1 and mine was 3.9

Evening: Yours = 2.7 and mine was 2.5

Night: Yours = 0.72 and mine was 0.33

After 3 months on Adrenavive lll (cortex only) my levels were worse. After a further 4 months there was a slight improvement and after a total of 1 year the only improvement was to the noon level.

I changed to a whole gland adrenal supplement in January 2019 (different make as Adrenavive wasn't available at the time) and after 3 months there was slight improvement overall, after a further 3 months a further very slight improvement except for morning level dropped, a further 3 months saw morning level improve but noon level drop and by March 2020 my morning level had dropped considerably but the other 3 were the same.

So after over 2 years, and now on 400mg whole glandular supplement, I am still working to optimise mine and it certainly doesn't seem to be in sight yet, so I think you may be waiting a fair time to feel some improvement.

Many thanks SeasideSusie - I just wasn’t clear on the effects of glandular/cortex only or if one performs better than another for given individuals/symptoms. It’s clearly not a quick fix, nothing is, but I wanted to clarify if it’s worth taking and at what level.

but I wanted to clarify if it’s worth taking and at what level.

It should be worth taking but it might be the glandular, it might be the cortex for you. Only time will tell, same for dose. But it's unlikely to be a quick fix.

You’re waiting for adrenal testing

Taking anything that affects adrenals will make any testing null and void

Daily vitamin C would support adrenals without affecting results

I’ve had my adrenal results. I’m waiting on further blood tests. I’m not taking anything other than all necessary vits just now. I take around 2000mg vit c per day. Thank you.
