It has a very small amount of B12 in it at 10mcg, if your B12 level is low then that wont do much at all to raise it. Apart from that it looks OK but I can't "recommend" it as I haven't tried it. I tried a different brand "whole food" B complex and didn't do so well on it (my folate level lowered quite a lot) so I went back to my usual Thorne Basic B.
Thank you for your reply SeasideSusie i really appreciate it. My b12 and folate were within the optimal range which another member mentioned, i said possibly because i love Marmite? i think I'll give these a try as they're on offer atm, i do like the idea of the more natural supplements just don't really know what I'm looking at ingredients wise.
The ONLY vitamin that has ever had a noticeable effect upon my health is Orovite tablets. Took them after my partial thyroidectomy in 1989 when the remainder of thyroid needed a bump start. It is concentrated B and C vitamins and was once a prescription only medication. You only need 25 tablets, a week's supply, but only seems to come in packs of 100 last time I looked.
I would not recommend it for regular use, if it don't work miracle, after a week, then it's not really worth continuing.

Thanks for your suggestion Panda321, the ones i looked at contained Calcium and Copper which i don't want to take but i was probably looking at different ones but the same brand? But it is really good when you find something that seems to work! It's a little trial and error at the minute but I'm sure I'll eventually find a brand that works for me too.
