Welcome to the forum.
Are yo currently on thyroid meds? If so, what are you taking? If not, what symptoms do you have that made you have the blood test done?
If you are on medication, you would probably benefit from an increase, as your TSH is still quite high and your free T3 and free T4 are both less than half-way through range.
If you are not on medication, these results would be seen as euthyroid and you will be unlikely to be prescribed medication until your TSH is much higher - over-range and possible as high as 10.
Thankyou for the reply
Im on no medication right now.
I was feeling tired, with low energy, dry skin, feeling hot, aches etc.
So i have nothing to be concerned about?
Many thanks
Well some of those are typical hypo symptoms - but can be other things too [eg menopause if you're the right age?] So I'd watch and wait for now. Maybe test your bloods again in six months or a year - or if you start to feel much worse? I suspect that you may ultimately need thyroid meds, but at the moment, with your TSH in range, you are most unlikely to get anywhere.
Hi. Your vit d looks pretty low. Lots of posts on here about symptoms of that and how to improve it.
Apart from others advice i would say your ferritin is pretty low aswell... it should be over half way through the range, over 70 i believe) I have low ferritin and read a bunch of info on it but I'm sorry i can't give any more details than that. (Brain fog)
If your ferritin is that low you are having difficulty carrying thyroid hormone round your body. Ferritin is like the bus that takes it to your cells. Vitamin d also needs to be higher. Make sure you get vitamin D with K2. Also magnesium.
