I came across this video on YouTube yesterday and thought some of you might find it interesting:

It's very long - 1hr 20mins! - so if you decide to watch it, set aside some time. It's about Hashimoto's, and looking at it from a functional medicine perspective, particularly in how it also relates to other autoimmune conditions as well as fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue.

I'm not usually one for looking into the 'functional medicine' or alternative approach to things, but I did find it a fascinating watch.

I hope some of you find it useful (once you get past the fact that one of the doctors looks like an apprentice butcher 😂)
