Can anyone help me these are 3 different ultrasound anything stand out? This is my first ultrasound.

I have a multinodular goitre and it does affect my thyroid levels. Do you have any recent blood results to share with us? We need the TSH, T4 and T3?

Maybe when you go back for your follow up appointment, they might suggest taking a small biopsy to get a confirmed diagnosis.

Can you put the ranges with your results please? Ranges differ from lab to lab so difficult or rather impossible to comment without them

Yes, you probably need to have a fine needle biopsy on the solid nodes.
