Should I adjust my Tyrosint dose around my periods?

Hello again, I don’t have a thyroid and seem to be on a right dose ( if that’s even possible without thyroid), but as you all know I can never be the same. I have noticed I feel worse few days before and during my period and especially my vision gets bad and blurry. Do you know if I should take a little more or less on those days, as obviously my body needs some adjustments. Thank you!!!
