Low Amylase

On receiving my Hospital Records I have noted that my last Endo blood results state that my Amylase is low. I know that this is a digestive enzyme and wondered if I could just buy Amylase or would it have to be something like Digestizyme. I would be grateful for any advice about this. I already self-inject B12 every other day.

Please feel free to post a new question if you wish. Posts are sometimes missed as it is so busy. Or maybe no-one who read it was able to answer?

I'd completely forgotten about this post helvella , so thank you for reminding me. Other things to deal with at present, so this is on the 'beck-burner' for a while. My digestion is not too good at present, so will get back to this problem as soon as I can, and possibly re-post.
