It's the sugar....just as sugar ferments in wine

Eliminate sugar. And a real culprit is diet sweeteners

Sugar doesn't ferment in wine. Sugar feeds the yeast on the skin of the grapes and that's what produces alcohol. You can hardly compare that to the human stomach.

Actually for me it was instant coffee that caused me awful wind and bloating... Switched to filter and no bloat or wind 😶 Found out when sons here for xmas so made filter coffee and no bloat or wind, tried instant and bloat, painful bloat and wind so back to filter and all good. Sugar does not bloat me at all.
