No problems but they don't seem to confirm anything and order arrives rather unexpectedly. But I am in the U.S.

Having a lot of difficulty reordering Cytomel from Mexico and have done for several weeks Used contact form from their website but they are not replying.

Order not acknowledged and payment facility by debit/credit card removed -now showing one can only pay by Bitcoin and I have no experience with this type of payment.

I’m having problems with Mexican supplier with my most recent order placed in October, money taken for order but it has not arrived and they are not responding to emails or to their contact us form. Very frustrating and annoying, not sure what to do next.....

Update: 30 January 2020

My order of Cynomel from <supplier> arrived today, (in the UK) ie Thursday 30 Jan. The order was made 30 Dec so it took a full 4 weeks to arrive in the UK. It is unclear whether it had been dispatched near the ordering time and took 4 weeks to arrive, or if it was the involvement of a hu member (contacting them via their facebook page) 11 days ago that precipitated its release.

I took advantage of the 20% discount for bitcoin payment. This might have caused the delay/confusion as their system doesn't seem to respond well to bitcoin payments.

Today I checked my order status on <supplier>, and it still states pending and has an active pay now button. When clicked it links to an invoice on <supplier> which appears to require payment by card to complete the order. In my <supplier> account is stated I have never made an order at any time.

Goodness knows why they respond via facebook but not via their own website/email.

I did not have to pay anymore on receipt of the package.
