Parasite cleanse
I've heard of it but never done it as it isn't really needed unless there is evidence of parasites in the persons body such as tapeworm or malaria; Most people will not have any parasites in their body, unless they travel a lot then perhaps parasite cleansing is a good idea. Naturally we do not have any or we have ones we are perfectly capably of killing ourselves with our immune system. If our immune system isn't strong enough then we should ideally see a doctor.
I do give Diatomaceous Earth to our dogs to naturally prevent tapeworms. Both the dogs and us use Neem oil / washes to help with our dry skin and the dogs ticks / fleas in summer. I wouldn't class that as parasite cleansing as its part of their / our natural routine. I thought generally if you eat healthy, natural foods with added supplements you should be fine.
I found this anyway, if it's any help:

In the UK people can buy Ovex which is an OTC medication - no prescription required - to kill threadworms (also known as pinworms).
According to the BNF - the British National Formulary - it also kills roundworms, hookworms and whipworms. The dosage required depends on what people are treating.
Thank you. I’d rather use something natural like mimosa Pudica but I was just wondering if it was safe to do with Hashimotos
I have to worm cattle. pigs and sheep regularly. Recently a cow sneezed just as I was worming her, and I got a face full. So that is me covered for all sorts of wiggly things!
