Hi, can anyone help with this lab result please - I have had full bloods done today as my two previous tests showed I was

Low on T3 but I am not sure what this means

Doesn't mean anything much on its own. It needs to be looked at in conjunction with the FT4 and FT3.

It will be much better for members to help you if you can type all your results, with reference ranges, into one post. Just showing one result in a picture over multiple posts makes it difficult to bring all information together.
