Advice on my results

I have a goitre and these are my first set of results. All seemingly normal. Obviously, some low vitamin results.

Would those deficencies cause a goitre?

Symptoms wise, some weight loss, blood pressure up, cold sensitivity, disrupted menstrual cycle, anxiety and depression.

Thanks

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid

Then the problem with low vitamin levels is they can mask exactly how hypothyroid you might be

Your B12 and folate are low. B12 is particularly low. Any Active B12 result under 70 is considered suspicious

See GP and request full testing for Pernicious Anaemia

Ferritin is extremely low too. Ask GP for full iron panel testing for Anaemia.

Ask for ultrasound scan of thyroid too
