Levothyroxine Actavis 100 mcgs Batch 1493

I had to discontinue using batch 1493 Actavis 100mcgs in September and asked my pharmacist for a different batch number.Last week I was given the same batch number again,regardless of having rejected it two months ago.The pharmacist now said she would have to order me a different batch !! When I went to collect my new one this week, the male pharmacist there that morning (manager? ) was listening in to my conversation and asked me to confirm the batch number.He then ordered the lady who had previously served me, to take all the batch 1493 packs from the drawer and get rid of them. I thanked him and was grateful that someone had listened to me.

What was the problem with Actavis in September?

I had increased muscular problems ( which are a main symptom for me anyway)

Also itchy skin and head aches which I'm not used to at all.

There were others also finding problems with the batch 1493 at the same time.
