Hi

Was finding my combo dose of T3 and T4 at 6 am was causing anxiety and tiredness in the afternoons

I have changed it to 125mg T4 at bed time and 20mg of T3 at 7am

Feel a lot better during the day

Any comments ?

I know nothing about taking T3, as still on THS only. But I'm sure it's a good suggestion to try for those who do.

hey - did you notice this change straightaway? My doc told me to check if I could maybe take t3 away from t4 as this could be causing symptoms, but I haven't done it yet. Having issues increasing t3 beyond 7.5 mcg, it's like hitting a wall.
