No progress, updated profile, please help

I want to begin by expressing my since gratitude to Greygoose. I have been struggling to get all my information in the system. I tried several times, unsuccessfully. I appreciate her patience as she outlined the entire process for me. She's been so helpful it brings me to tears. Anyone else who has thoughts, I'd appreciate the help. My profile is updated to the best of my recollection. Thank you.

I am sorry if it was complicated. If I want to bring your attention within a post I put an @ and after the first couple of letters Coa similar names will pop up below and then I'd click on Coachgeorge and it turns blue so you know the member will be alerted..
