I'm not sure how I can explain any better.

If you make the heading of your post relevant to your question you will get more people read it and may get replies. For this particular post you could make your heading as simple as "Difficulty losing weight" and anyone with similar experience will instantly be drawn to your post and may respond.

If you are using "Dr" as the heading of your post because you think we are doctors, then nobody here is medically qualified, we are all thyroid patients.
