What can you tell me about my results?

If you're talking about your thyroid result then we can't tell you a lot because all you've had tested is TSH and that's euthyroid (normal) and where one might expect to see it in a normal healthy person, i.e. no more than 2. For a full picture we need

TSH

FT4

FT3

Thyroid antibodies

That would then tell us if there is any possibility of Central Hypothyroidism (where the FT4 is low and the problem lies with the pituitary or the hypothalamus rather than the thyroid) or autoimmune thyroid disease (where antibodies can be raised).

Your other results are all within range; however, your ferritin range is very wide and normally when it goes up to the 400s it's usually a range for a male. It's said that ferritin should be half way through range.

Everything is saying - normal , it gives you your value then shows within normal range. You can call your doctor and they can better explain , but the list all says normal
