5K done - just over an hour!

Team Thyroid completed the 5k obstacle course on Saturday!

From the left Charlotte Beauclerk, Louise Roberts, Jack Tomlin, Neil Roberts, Chris Mynott.

Unfortunately, there weren't any zombies, but we still had a lot of fun.

I was a little bit battered as I fell off the side of first obstacle onto my head and then my son tripped over my foot and punched me in the ear. LOL
