really struggled yesterday

both ears blocked which means i can hear my breathing, i start thinking of my breathing, get anxious and short of breath

got ear drops from dr so hopefully will clear soon

thank you, my aim is 2 miles a day so anything over is a bonus and them small amounts soon add up, as long as i do 60 miles by the 30th of september ill be happy, but more would be better

did a walk today with son, i really didnt want to but forced myself (sometimes thats the best way) so far 5345 steps and 2.10 miles, will post tomorrow as still need to go shopping, every mile counts
