I doubt it is. More likely to be low vit D.
My vit D level is good. I take 5000 iu a day.
OK, but why do you think the levo is responsible for your joint pain? Why don't you think it's just part of the hypo symptoms?
And, if the levo were responsible, it would be the fillers in the pill, not the active ingredient, T4. So, have you tried different brands to see if they suit you better?
Have you had your vitamin d checked recently? Low vitamin D causes joint pain and you need k2 and magnesium to go with it.
Can you explain why low vit D might cause joint pain? Do you know of any papers on this?

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 plus both TPO and TG thyroid antibodies tested.
Also important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12
Low vitamin levels are extremely common, especially if Thyroid antibodies are raised
Recommended on here that all thyroid blood tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, best not mentioned to GP or phlebotomist)
Last Levothyroxine dose should be 24 hours prior to test, (taking delayed dose immediately after blood draw).
Joint and muscle pain were one of my worst symptoms (aside from fatigue) when I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and I found almost immediate relief once started on levothyroxine.
