Timescale for levo at night

Hi I'm thinking of trying my levo in the evening. Would the timescale be 2 hours after meal with only water in between and then after an hour I could take my low dose amitriptyline? When having blood test would I then leave 36 hours?

If you have your main meal in the evening then I'd leave 3 hours before taking Levo.

You still only leave 24 hours between last dose and blood draw for thyroid tests, adjust dose the day or two before to allow for this.

As for amitryptyline, this article mentions it under

I have no personal experience but would imagine that it would be best to take as far away from each other as possible.

Thanks. Maybe I won't bother changing it then. It does say on the patient leaflet that levo does effect amitriptyline, and I know when I took the levo too near during the night, around 1.30, it stopped the amitriptyline working.
