Anyone have any advice of how to quickly recover from a Hashis flare?

I'm going on holiday in 3 weeks and know I cant go if I feel like this. I'm eating aip, resting, taking all the right vitamins etc. Any advice on any magic way to quickly recover would be so much appreciated! Thank you as always!

No. There is no magic where thyroid is concerned.

If you really are having a Hashi's 'flare' - aka Hashi's 'hyper' swing - the high levels of hormone in your blood will gradually be used up or excreted. I don't know of any way to use them up faster, I'm afraid.
