So it's 5.30am and I've been awake ages. Get to sleep ok but wake so early. Yesterday had to practically beg my doctor to increase levo from 75 to 100. He completely ignored my blood test result for T3 which said abnormal as it was only just under range. Thank god for patient access to medical records or I wouldn't know. I asked for the blood test as I felt I had regressed almost back to where I was before I went on levo. He tut-tutted and agreed to increase after I said I just didn't feel right.

I know my problems, so far, are minor compared with a lot of you out there. I am still unable to take in the fact that I am taking advice from unqualified people on here because my doctor, who has previously been wonderful, doesn't know his arse from his elbow when it comes to hypothyroid matters. Also it seems most of the so-called consultants, according to what people say who have been referred, are still about as much use as a chocolate teapot!!

I could ramble on, but I won't inflict you all any longer.

Sounds like you are on the right track, even though it's a long journey!

Just hang in there and do whatever you need to keep yourself basically sane. Hopefully in a few months things will be much better. x
