Hi all

Does it make sense to track and monitor BBT for hypothyroidism patients in order to predict ovulation and later pregnancy?

I am tracking g my BBT since three months, this month is the first month I see well shaped chart, the app predicted that ovulation occurred on day 10-11.

I am continuing tracking however today my temp was 36.18... is this normal ?

Do we have women who tracked successfully their temp and were later pregnant ?

Does BBT stand for Basal Body Temperature? (I'm just clarifying in case others don't know what it is).

Yes it’s.

Body basal temperature, do you also track your BBT ?

I did it when I was trying for my youngest, she’s ten this year. My thyroid was much better controlled then though.

I love the chart by the way, is it only a German app, or can it be used in English too?

Fingers crossed for you, and very, very good luck xxxx
