Is anyone having problems getting this brand of Levo? I normally take this brand as I seem to be sensitive to the fillers in several other brands. I could usually ask the pharmacy to order it in for me but have now been told that this particular pharmacy is not getting in specific named brands for customers anymore! It appears that the one they stock is Teeva which I don’t tolerate very well. Just wondered what others experience were like re stock of the Wockhardt brand. I live in Yorkshire
Thanks
Han 😊

Hi, I usually get wockhart for my 25mcg and when I picked up my prescription on Sunday I had mercury pharma for both my 50 and 25, I didn’t question it as I take mercury for my 50 so I get on ok with it. I hate Teeva, didnt get on we’ll with it.
I don’t get on well with Teeva either - it’s more than annoying that we have to deal with the difficulties that hypo throws our way and on top of that deal with the fillers in various brands😡
Alli1, It seems many people are finding it difficult to get either Wockhardt or MercuryPharma. See the discussion in this thread from yesterday healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...?
Hi RedApple, following on from our thread yesterday, I am wondering if the warehouses have an abundance of Tiva (because so many people don't want it) that they are withholding their Wockhardt and Mercury stocks in order to off-load their supplies of Tiva, or am I being exceptionally cynical
Hi I had the same problem and eventually asked my GP to specify Wockhardt brand on the prescription. They didn't have a problem with this and agreed it should be consistent. Not been a problem since then.
I have in the past asked my GP to do this too but they forget! It was however on the system at the Pharmacay that I need that particular brand but despite that they say they are not able to accommodate such requests any more.
