Are those H&B tablets taken sublingually (under the tongue) ? My Endo has just recommended I start taking B12 (had lots of tests recently) but sublingually, as it’s absorbed much better. She’s recommended Solgar B12 1000 but I haven’t started taking it yet. So I’m happy to hear from others in reply to your post too.
Jarrow Methylcobalamin lozenges for under the tongue from Amazon ...

SeasideSusie will respond as she is extremely knowledgeable about vitamins/minerals and where to purchase.
I found Solgar methylcobalamin sublinguals best. These raised my levels from low to optimal in a month. Other brands I tried didn't work at all, though other people I've chatted to have mentioned they prefer Jarrow,
I now inject hydroxocobalamin as it's cheaper.

This is the one I like
cytoplan.co.uk/vitamin-b12-...
It has methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin (both are active forms of B12). Cytoplan frequently has 3 for 2 offers which makes them a good buy.
I like Jarrow Formulas sublingual methylcobalamin
