For years I had taken Synthroid brand . Three months ago I switched to a generic version due to the rising cost of the Synthroid Brand (Also added generic T3). I am feeling as if the generic version is not as effective as Synthroid brand. Does anyone share similar experience?

This is predominantly a UK forum, though we have a number of members from USA
In UK all our brands are classed as generic
Many people find different brands are not interchangeable

I suggest that you change the way you are looking at this.
There are several makes of levothyroxine, one of which is called Synthroid - there's also Levoxyl, Unithroid and others. All are listed here:

Many, many people find they are not interchangeable. Some find one make fine, and others anything but fine. It is almost impossible to predict.
Once you find one that works for you, stick to it.
