I had terrible itching with Wockhardt T4. It was definitely that as I bought antihistamine last year for some horsefly bites. They got worse and I was itching all over. Checked box. Wockhardt! Have yellow carded both meds. You might be allergic to the fillers. Have you always had Almus?

Have you had a complete blood count recently (WBC, RBC, platelets, etc.) ? If not, it might be a good idea.

Skin itching can be a low level of Omega 3. Most people are deficient. Even parasites and/or allergies. even though we have thyroid issues a lot can be due to a low level of trace elements or nutrients. Medications and stress devour our nutrients!

Never tried omega 3

Take an antihistamine one hour before thyroid meds and if the itching stops it's an allergy to the fillers which is common. Change to another brand till you find one that suits and then ask your doctor to name it on your prescription and make should the Pharmacy name it in your notes. Our medication uses fillers to bulk it up and to keep it stable but it's often a combination which it why you might find you have to change more than once.

I itch when I take any brand of levothyroxine. I’ve even tried liquid thyroxine and the itching started within 36 hours of the first dose.

Do you use a spray magnesium? Just wondering as I've read about quite a few people finding the spray itches, myself included.
