reading blood tests pmol/l to mmol/l

How do you convert blood test readings from pmol/l to mmol/l on T3 and pmol/l to ug/dl on T4 as I have had 2 different labs run tests

Why do you need them to be converted? Whatever the unit of measurement is, it's where in the range that the result falls that is important, and you can work out that with this calculator as long as it's Free T4 and Free T3

If the free T3 and free T4 were done at different times, you can't compare the results anyway. But it's easy enough to calculate the % through range without changing units
