Hi Fauzia,

Why are you taking an antidepressant? You have not been on Levothyroxine very long. Maybe give it more time?

Have you read the leaflet with the antidepressant to see if you could be experiencing some side effects?

Do you take your Levothyroxine on it's own?

When do you take your antidepressant?

Please be careful if thinking of stopping it, (the antidepressant) read the leaflet and see your doctor first.

When hot, place a cold wet cloth / flannel across your forehead and try to rest for 5 or 10 minutes. Sip cold water.

Reduce exercise until feeling better.

Have you had any blood tests since 8 months ago?

Did you have any treatment for the B12 deficiency or did you have any more tests?
