Low tsh and t4 but hashimoto diagnosis

Hi. Im have hashimotos for last four year with antibodies of 600+. I am currently taking levo 150 which seems to be working good. Unfortunately my results from blood work came back w free t4 20pmol/L. TSH 0.02 which they state thyoxine over replacing

I feel better than ever my hypo thyroid syptoms are gone. Im actually about 10 pounds overweight. No heart pacifications or symptoms ot hyper. Im confused why my bloodwork came back so low. I did have my blood drawn about noon and forgot to fast the night and morn. Im worried that even though i have hashimoto they will take away the thyroid med and i was a lethargic mess before i was on it with all hypo symptoms to point I couldn’t get out if bed. Lost my eyebrows everything

Can someone help interpret these results or explain???

Thanks

Hi

Please give ranges with blood test results. I don't think that FreeT4 is too high - could be ideal in top of upper half of range - but range is needed as they can vary from lab to lab.

If anyone tries to reduce your dose (have you been told to see GP?) I would ask them to judge by symptoms as you are doing well on dose and maybe do another test in a few weeks.

Make sure all future Thyroid tests are done early morning and fasting - TSH can differ throughout the day.
