I am so sorry to hear you are feeling so unwell and down. It’s difficult to be on your own when you don’t feel well, and even with family support , it can be hard. I agree with Lynne - please go back to your doctor - this is too much to handle without some medical advice.
I am sending you positive thoughts and best wishes that you feel better soon. One piece of advice I received from the great people on this forum is to be kind to yourself and there is hope for us all - 🙏🏻 sending prayers and hugs 🤗 your way from across the pond in Canada.
Oh dear you really should get back to your GP.... I am sad that you are feeling isolated and finding life so difficult at the moment. I would ask them for a proper review of all your symptoms - a thyroid TSH test is not good enough when you feel like ****, so please ask for Slow Dragon or Seaside Susie for advice to help talk you through your next consultation / blood test.
Our bodies (especially those of us who are hypo) can get into pretty bad shape after a stressful event - such as low vit d, low iron and low b12 which can make a person mentally and physically weaker and adds to their unwillingness to get outside. Also, asking to be referred to a CBT counselor may help give you some techniques to get through this rough patch, but don't let the GP ignore your physical symptoms.
Please take care and know that people really are rooting for your recovery
Also, if you're not getting any relief from your sinusitis you could try an amino acid called NAC (N Acetyl Cysteine) as it's very good at breaking down mucus. I've used it for that and it's also good for chesty coughs (it also works on anxiety and depression).
Just edited my response to add a link... to tell you about NAC that could help with sinus issues and anxiety. For some reason (I haven't used it for a while) it escaped my mind earlier... just make sure to have it with some food as it can cause pain on an empty stomach.
