Levo at night

Hi,

I’m shifting taking my Levo from morning (1 hour before food/drink) to last thing at night...but how long after food should I leave it?

4 hours

3 hours for large meal.

Perhaps two hours for light one

Only water for an hour before

Four hours for any supplements like magnesium, iron or calcium

I'd suggest two hours. And we all vary in speed at which our stomachs empty and our guts process.

But that is yet another very simple question which should have been answered by the medical/scientific community. Hardly cutting-edge to run even quite a comprehensive research project.
