These results are generally good, your fT4 is lowish but your TSH and fT3 good. It is most unlikely you have central hypothyroidism as far as thyroid is concerned. It's always possible to be hypothyroid with good blood test results (I was) but you would have more thyroid related symptoms and I doubt you would have excellent ferritin levels (which you have). I've no knowledge in the area but I wonder if your low calcium levels are causing your problems, especially the hand problems you mention in another post. It's possible the tiny adenoma you have in your pituitary is affecting your PTH levels and hence calcium. Do you have any results for PTH? If not perhaps ask for your calcium and PTH to be tested. Did your doctors suggest calcium (and magnesium ideally) supplements?
Thank you for your detailed reply. It’s a relief to actually find something in my body that’s working efficiently.
I’ve never even heard about Pth so will read up on it. My doctor never mentioned anything about calcium. I’ll be looking into that to. I don’t eat much dairy. Others have commented that my ferritin is to high.
