Hashimoto's advice on how to manage the condition.
This is a very interesting and thought provoking article. Lots to think about. Thanks for posting it.
Thanks
Very interesting about high testosterone and hair loss
Thanks for posting this Karen154 . I really like this Doctor, so it is good to see this post.
Thanks for posting. The debate on how gluten free you should be is interesting, Dr K is saying 100% where as Dr Micheal Ruscio says unless you have tested positive for coeliac, then you can re-introduce and see how you go, maybe being gluten free but not worrying about cross-contamination through to the occasionally eating bread. I guess we are all different and need to be in charge of our own health, and to figure out what's right for us. It's a mine field!
I've been to 4 endo's in 18 months who all tell I'm negative for autoimmune disease. But when I eat gluten the hair starts falling out. Shame it's in Levo.
Xx
Thanks for this it was all very useful and interesting . Do you have any more recent published papers relating to Hashimotos and brain dementia. The one referred to in the article in the link is from 2013.
Hi, no I don't. I just came just stumbled on the article and thought I'd share it. If you put it into Google it should come up with some results. Also try NHS website.
