Silly question time...although someone once told me there were no silly questions, just silly answers....is there any advantage to taking levo at night compared to first thing? I’m just getting a bit fed up of getting up, taking meds then waiting an hour for breakfast.
Thanks

I definitely prefer to take my levo at bedtime! More convenient and some say more effective. I make sure that my last meal is 3, preferably 4, hours before that so that I'm taking it on an empty stomach.
There is some evidence that for some people, taking it at night is better/more effective; but the bottom line is that it is less important when you take it as long as you generally follow the guideline of no food or drink for one hour afterwards and 2 hrs before, as you are doing. It's said that consistency in taking it is more important than time of day. I've taken my Levo at night for 10/11 yrs without a problem. However, I'd add that during my first 30 yrs of taking it, I chugged it down with coffee and breakfast or at any old time if I'd forgotten to take it at breakfast, and have never been as well now, taking it "properly", as I was then, taking it "wrongly". But short answer: take it to suit/benefit you.
