Under active thyroid- I take 175 levothyroxine as it stops prolific bruising except when it is cold. When cold I still get bruising. Also had aches in ankles at night and pins and needles at night in arms.

Serum TSH level (XaELV) 1.44

Basophil count 0.2 [0.02-0.1]

Any ideas, thank

Just testing TSH is completely inadequate

Basophils are white blood cells responsible for inflammatory reactions during immune responses, and in the formation of acute and chronic allergic diseases. As well as producing histamine and serotonin that induce inflammation, they produce heparin that prevents blood clotting, and presumably it is your over-range level that maybe the connection to your bruising.
