Hi - I have recently changed to taking my levo (125/100 alternate days) at night instead of the morning following some advice here. I have been very unwell and this was an easy change. I also changed brands. It has not made a huge difference but my morning temps have increased from 35.2-35.5 for years now to 36.1. Would the change to night time impact this? And without a huge change to symptoms? Has anyone lse experienced this?

Maybe you get better absorption of the Levo by taking it at night.. then fasting. And the slight improvement in temperature results from subsequently better metabolism.
