You can do that with Magnesium Oil - but have not read anything about VitD :-)

Vbgr and Marz I experimented years ago with transdermal absorption of vit D. The spray wasn't around then, but I used the liquid from inside gel caps. It definitely worked, and I see no reason why the spray wouldn't do so. Might be best done on softer skin areas that don't get much exposure normally e.g. inside of forearms and upper arms, upper inside thighs, tummy etc.

I second the Better You recommendation, I use it myself every day.

I recommend the 75mcg (3000 IU) green bottle, as this is fairly ideal (below the 100mcg maximum tolerable daily intake, but adequate supplementation for most people).
