Thyroxine T4 dosing for those with only half thyroid

Just curious, for those with only half a thyroid, how much T4 medication do you take daily? I know that each individual varies but curious about the range of medication taken for those with only 1/2 thyroid. Thanks!

Meadowsmom. Right lobe only. Surgery for benign cyst at 18. I'm now 72. Started Naturethroid in 2015. I took 1 1/2 gr to 1 3/4. Felt okay but with a line of grog across my eyes. I just switched to Thyrovanz. What I like about it is that I don't get that "eye grog" but I'm sleepy after meals. From what I read tonight, I'm under dosing. I use the New Zealand TV. I take mine at night.

I am a 58yr female and had my right lobe of thyroid out and my isthmus too because of papillary microcarinomas. I take 0.100Mg 1 tab Sunday-Friday and 1/2 tab on Saturday. Armour/thyroid 0.25GR everyday.

Regardless, I am feeling like CRAP. I have my 5th new endocrinologist, appointment next month. I hope he can help me. I am a diabetic also, on an insulin pump and am usually in great control. Lately I've been experiencing unexplained high blood sugars for no reason. I really think it's the thyroid. I've been diabetic for 36 years. I know what to do to take care of my diabetes. When I meet with this new endocrinologist I don't want to talk about my blood sugars, my diet, my pump JUST THE THYROID. I am so fed up!
