Wonder if anyone can offer thoughts. Ear pulsing in time with heart wakes me most nights. Couple of days lately I feel quite breathless when walking ( not far) And this pulsing is very noticeable at those times. Always a bit worried to mention to GP as I’m on T3 .
All I can say is prior to thyroid being treated with hormone after TT for cancer. I DONT get any palpatations so feel I am not to badly placed at present with dosing.
Any thoughts would be helpful to me , thankyou 🙂

I’ve had that, it’s horrible. It may suggest that your dosing isn’t right. What are you taking and when, and what are your latest blood test results like?
It's quite common, and can be something called pulsatile tinnitus, which is due to a change in blood flow in the vessels near the ear, or to a change in awareness of that blood flow hence why you might notice it more when still and quiet, and lying with your head on a pillow.
